Red Meat Lover's Club and Chef Matt Bolus
are creating a steak dinner to end all steak dinners.
The goal is simple, create the meatyest, over the top, biggest most delicious "steak mountain" Nashville has ever seen.
Chef Matt Bolus of Kitchen 404 and The Secretary of Steak are uniting forces in this EPICulinary "Meating".
Bourbon will be served in buckets, cigars will be handed out and smoked outside...smiles will be had by all.
Menu......passed apps til you are full then the dinner starts.
Then.....(all served Chef Bolus style)
Course One ....beef
Course Two....steak
Course Three....meat with no vegetables
Course Four....dessert will be served on the patio
You need this dinner in your life....Period.
