Take a Stand
For us, Stand Against Racism is not just a program, it's a philosophy. In addition to our direct services and programs related to racial justice, YWCA of Palm Beach County also sponsors the annual Stand Against Racism campaign.
Stand Against Racism builds community among those who work for racial justice, raises awareness about racism, and encourages community members to take action for change. Culminating in our annual Stand Against Racism luncheon, we spend a week in April engaging community partners to stand alongside us as we tackle the very tough and sometimes uncomfortable topic of racism.
